This month Midtown Monthly & Verge Center for the Arts present a screening of two films by the Maysles brothers, both about husband and wife art duo Jeanne Claude and Christo.
The films, "Christo's Valley Curtain" and "Running Fence," will focus on two of the team's major works from the early to mid '70s. The impetus for these particular selections lies in the fact that their very own Doug Biggert visited "Valley Curtain" whilst it was in production and worked on "Running Fence." Lucky for all, Biggert has agreed to speak with us about both!
This will be a fantastic night of film, discussion, and refreshments you won't want to miss!
