Lightning Hand is a Blues-based Rock 'n' Roll band that plays a full night of covers and original music in the same vein. The band is generally thought of as a Classic/Rock & Blues band with an emphasis on the '60s and '70s. Their sound has been described by fans as a diverse and modern blend of Eric Clapton, The Grateful Dead, The Band, The Beatles, The Allman Brothers, Rolling Stones, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tom Petty, Black Crowes as well as traditional Blues and Country. Tight rhythms and sweet harmonies are at the core, while wandering melodies flow from every corner.
