The Great American Songbook II: Hay Fever!

The American River Chorus is producing its second annual performance for this dynamic group. Formed in January 2010, this chorus has grown from 10 members to 93 members in only 14 months. The chorus has already impressed members of the a capella community, taking first place in the recent Far Western District, Northern California Division chorus contest. In addition to the Sacramento area, members travel from as far away as Palo Alto, Merced, Chico, and even Reno to be a part of this exciting new ensemble. Members’ ages range from 16 to 75, many of whom are students at local Sacramento colleges. Come see them perform The Great American Songbook II: Hay Fever!

      This group brings new life to the world of Barbershop. Last year's show was produced when they were only 6 months old. The staging and music were unbelievable. I have been a fan of Barbershop music... Expand

I have been a fan of Barbershop music for many years. This group has risen my enjoyment and excitement of the craft. I wish that they performed more. I cannot wait for the show date to arrive.
