    159th Annual California State Fair

    BIG FUN for Everyone: In addition to this year's new attractions, the State Fair will focus its traditional exhibits and competitions on recreation, sports, and tourism that make California an adventure capitol of the world. The 159th California State Fair theme is FUN that Moves You! It's all about BIG FUN, and this year’s entertainment, exhibits, and coming attractions are predicted to get you out of your chair...

    BIG FUN for Everyone: In addition to this year's new attractions, the State Fair will focus its traditional exhibits and competitions on recreation, sports, and tourism that make California an adventure capitol of the world. The 159th California State Fair theme is FUN that Moves You! It's all about BIG FUN, and this year’s entertainment, exhibits, and coming attractions are predicted to get you out of your chair and to the State Fair for an exciting summer experience!

    The fairgrounds will highlight some of the unique recreational activities available throughout the State of California for people of all ages.

    New Dates, New Adventures! The California State Fair has moved off its traditional Labor Day schedule to a July event. An adventure will be waiting inside Cal Expo for a summer schedule that will no longer conflict with the busy back-to-school season.

    This year's concert series includes:
    -Thurs, July 12: The Fab Four – The Ultimate Tribute
    -Fri, July 13: Happy Together Tour featuring: Flo & Eddie-The Turtles, Micky Dolenz-The Monkees, Gary Puckett & the Union Gap, The Grass Roots and The Buckinghams
    -Wed, July 18: Cody Simpson
    -Thurs, July 19: Rick Springfield
    -Fri, July 20: Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr.
    -Sat, July 21: Scotty McCreery
    -Mon, July 23: Dave Mason
    -Tues, July 24: Hot Chelle Rae
    -Wed, July 25: Jim Messina
    -Fri, July 27: Joan Jett and The Blackhearts
