    Attention local writers (and aspiring writers-to-be!). Don't just keep your poetical scribblings all to yourself, come join the ranks of those who gather to trade poems, support, and literary insight. Spoken Dynamos is an open poetry reading that occurs on the 4th Wednesday of each month at Beatnik Books. All forms of spoken word are welcomed, whether it be your own or that of your favorite author's.

All forms of spoken word are welcomed, whether it be your own or that of your favorite author's.

    Feeling a little shy? All readers and writers alike are invited to join in on lyrical discussion, or to simply experience the poetical ambiance, if recitation isn’t for you. Fresh, complimentary coffee will be provided each month for all attendees. Spoken Dynamos is a relaxed, welcoming, and extremely supportive environment for all works and ideas. Do your part, and help keep poetry and culture alive in Roseville! Local books, local writers, local everything.
