San Francisco Symphony Family Concert
Presented by Mondavi Center, UC Davis at Mondavi Center - Jackson Hall
December 21, 2012
Sight and sound combine for this charming holiday experience. The short animated film "The Snowman" tells the story of a young boy’s magical friendship with a snowman. The Oscar-nominated short, based on the book by Raymond Briggs, is shown above the symphony as it performs Howard Blake’s heart-warming score. The evening also features performances of kid friendly seasonal tunes and sing-alongs with the Orchestra!
