Elk Grove Regional Park is 170 acres and contains an aquatic/youth center; Babe Ruth baseball fields (lighted); softball fields (lighted); youth baseball fFields (lighted); soccer fields; volleyball courts; playground equipment; open play areas; lake with bridges; jogging/bike trail; picnic area/tables; barbecue; restrooms; horseshoe pits; dog park.

It also includes Strauss Island/Pirate Island, home to the annual Strauss Festival. The Pavilion is available for rentals and events.
