Call for Artists: Pure Imagination

Pure Imagination Exhibit Call for Art The MACC is seeking submissions of original artwork created from recycled, reused, rescued and found objects that are re-purposed and re-imagined into two or three dimensional art. All media is welcomed. This call is open to all California, and Nevada Artists. Art must be hand delivered to the MACC on "Intake Day". Submissions will be juried into the exhibit online so make sure your photos represent your work in color, size and
textures. The Curator has right of refusal if your art does not look like the pictures from which they were juried.

The Juror is Barbara Burge. Barbara is the Managing Director of the Arts Council of Placer County. Barbara lives in Roseville, CA. and has thirty+ years of running her own business. She is a certified residential and commercial interior designer in Michigan and Montreal Canada. Barbara has run galleries, and curated many shows.

Online Deadline: April 22, 2024 by Midnight

Intake art deadline: May 1, 2024

Intake in person drop off time: 11 am - 5 pm

Pick-up art after exhibit: May 28, 2024

Pick-Up Artist artwork time: 11 am - 6 pm.

The artist reception will be held on May 10th 5:30-7:30 pm. The artist may submit up to three pieces for $35 entry fee. The artist will sign gallery contract at the time of intake, and the commission is 80/20 (artist/gallery). For more information contact Cheryl@cordovacouncil.org
