Art and Soul Sundays: Expressive Writing (Sold Out)

Against the backdrop of a peaceful Crocker gallery reflect and make space for new thoughts and ideas as an instructor guides participants through a meditative writing experience. Supplies will be available.

Spend your Self-Care Sunday at the Crocker. Art and Soul Sundays at the Crocker combines the best of wellness programming with meaningful art experiences. A rotating schedule of old favorites like Mindfulness in the Galleries, Artful Meditation, and Sound Healing mixed with new programs focused on health, wellbeing, and social interaction populate the Museum every 4th Sunday of the month. These programs include film screenings, talks, presentations, and both in person and digital art and wellness events.
