Back-to-School Health Fair at the Oak Park Community Center

Want to ensure your family stays healthy this upcoming school year while having fun at the same time?

The City of Sacramento supported by YXP’s Coalition is sponsoring a health fair at Oak Park!

There will be free food, entertainment, and back-to-school supplies, along with free COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots. The participants who receive their vaccination will be eligible for a gift card!

Don’t miss out on a great day with the family and a great opportunity to get prepared for the upcoming school year!

*Free items subject to availability. Individuals must be present to receive any items. One item per person, while supplies last. Social Distancing will be enforced. ID not required. Products are available for those in attendance only. Drive through Distribution (Must stay in car during this phase). Parking available after distribution phase for those who want to partake in other activities.
