Franklin Boulevard's celebration of Mexican Independence Day is converting after 13 years from a parade to a Car Show. For years this parade has been a great way to celebrate Latino Heritage while activating Franklin Boulevard. This year it has converted to a Car Show due to a strong demand from the community and car clubs.
