Beyond the "Believe" Murals: Art Exhibit and Reception

The University Union Gallery is pleased to announce “Beyond the Believe Murals”, a collaborative art exhibition that features art by the muralists who created the “Believe” murals on Santa Clara Hall. The exhibit, on display from today, Monday, Sept. 25, through Thursday, Oct. 19, celebrates Sac State’s commitment to being a place of belonging. The exhibit displays art that is a living and transforming representation of our campus community on our antiracism and inclusive journey. Featured artists: Luis Garcia, Emma Montalbano, Wood Garguheson Jr., Jane Simeon, Erik Oliver, Anastasia Sullivan, Phillip Altstatt, LR Kreations, and Beth Rubel. A special opening reception will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28. The exhibit and reception are both free and open to the general public.
