Big Band Swing Dance

Deck the halls and jingle the bells it’s time to celebrate the Christmas season. The Moonlight Swing Big Band performs for dancing with music in a style similar to the great Glenn Miller band and other Swing Era Big Bands. Featuring Larry Sikorski, Chris Shane and vocal group The Air Crew.

The Moonlight Swing Big Band hosts a monthly Big Band swing dance on the third Sunday of every month at the Carmichael Elks Lodge.

The Moonlight Swing Living History Big Band is an incorporated not-for-profit, living-history musical organization dedicated to preserving the music of the swing era. As a full sized, authentic recreation of the big swing bands of the 1930s-1940s, the band performs for a variety of public and private venues and also recreates the great 418th Army Air Forces Training Command band of WWII, led by Capt. Glenn Miller.
