Blues and Bourbon Wednesdays: Mick Martin's Big Blues Band and Marcel Smith

Mick Martin is excited about the nine-member Big Blues Band’s current project. “We’re working on a special Valentine’s Day show for the Blues and Bourbon at Harlow’s with music I’ve always wanted to do.” This includes a tribute to the Electric Flag by playing Mike Bloomfield’s epic arrangement of “Killing Floor” and performing “Losing You,” the most popular of Martin’s songs internationally. “Danny and Andres Sandoval, Dave Johnson, Andrew Little, Steve Utstein, Aj Joyce and Jim Caselli can do ANYTHING.” This also means songs from guest singer Marcel Smith’s new, rave-reviewed CD, “From My Soul.” It’s all about spreading the love on a special day.
