Learn how to make your own solar powered fountain. Harness the sun to power your garden and get tips and ideas for creating your own water feature. This is a great project to learn the basics of solar and a fun activity for the whole family (Ages 12+). SMUD will provide solar panels and pumps (limit one per family).
