Cacao Sound Ceremony

Ceremonial Mayan cacao will be served before a two and half hour sound journey using over 30 instruments from all over the world (crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, shruti box, guitar, flutes and much more) tuned to specific frequencies. Including a 38 inch paste earth gong tuned to 136.1 hz, the Om frequency that resonates with the Earth. This is a perfect chance to allow the mind to turn off and enter into sound induced meditation. The evening will conclude with a post ceremony integration and sharing circle.
