A charcuterie board makes the perfect wine pairing for any party or gathering. Learn how to make your own!

In this charcuterie class 101, you will be learning how to create a beautiful board to impress and share with your family and friends. You will also learn how to make a salami rose in a couple different ways, choose your seasonal fruits, cut your cheeses, styling tips, and most importantly have fun!

Tickets include bottomless mimosas and the following ingredients for your board:
-14” round palm leaf board
-Two curated meats
-Five different cheeses
-Seasonal fruits
-Nuts
-Olives
-Chocolates
-Crackers
-Garnish
-Honey with a honey dipper
-Seasonal jam

The class with be taught by Happy Grazing.
