Dinner includes herb crusted prime rib with horseradish cream and beef jus, creamy mashed potatoes with white cheddar and chives, roasted brussels sprouts with peppered bacon and onion, spinach salad with dried cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese, green onion, and golden balsamic vinaigrette, and brioche rolls.
