Souls of the City Dia de los Muertos Festival Returns to Old Sacramento for a Night of Tradition and Community Connection.

Old Sacramento will come alive with the vibrant colors, music, and ancient traditions of Dia de los Muertos at the 11th annual Souls of the City Festival. Founded and organized by Sol Collective in partnership with The Center for Sacramento History and The City of Sacramento.
