Community Carnival 2019 is an annual event that provides safe fun or the whole family! Free lunch will be provided while supplies last (served at noon), along with bounce houses, popcorn, carnival games, and the opportunity to link up with local businesses and non-profits doing great work in our Sacramento communities!
