Community Write Night

Experience the whimsy of the 916-Ink way at their monthly adults-only write night. Be a part of the same magical, word-filled, empowering atmosphere that youth experience in this workshop!

The 916 Ink workshop method is inspired by the Amherst Writers & Artists (AWA) Method. Their Wordslinger (what 916 Ink calls the facilitator) first creates a safe space in this whimsical wonderland, the 916 Ink Imaginarium. Then, the Wordslinger presents unique and engaging prompts to spark your creativity. You will then all engage in solo writing time. Afterwards, each writer has a chance to share, and the rest of the group gives positive feedback, considering questions like: What do they like? What stays with them.
