Join Hostelling International as Guest Chef and HI Sacramento Team Member Maribel Diaz leads participants through an interactive cooking and conversation workshop geared towards exploring culture through the lens of local cuisine. In addition to showing participants how to make two of her favorite dishes, she will be sharing stories from her life in the Philippines.
