Doodling Patterns with Nurelle Creations

Relax and inspire one’s mind while creating soothing doodle patterns. It is a lot easier than it looks! This workshop is designed to help achieve mindfulness through disconnecting from the daily chaos and connecting to the present. Instructor Nurelle will guide participants step by step through the simple yet meditative art of pattern making.

Fun fact: Research has proven pattern making and coloring to not only reduce anxiety and depression, but to reinvigorate motivation and passion!
