This year’s event will be held in a new location and on a different night, but in conjunction with the City of Elk Grove’s IllumiNATION Holiday Festival and the Elk Grove Youth Sports Foundation’s Running of the Elves.

I am trying to get information on how to sign up to participate in the lights parade this year, this is the best kept secret in Elk Grove! I have contacted a few people in City Hall, on-line sites, etc....no luck. Would you be able to share information on registering our program to participate? Any fees involved? Times? Etc.
