A two-part workshop with Gena Foreman, a seasoned yoga instructor. In this two-day workshop, Gena will introduce basic breathing techniques to reduce stress and tension. Second day of the workshop, she will focus on the fundamentals of alignment and breath through demonstration. Learn to incorporate your breath in a way that supports the movements of the spine for a poised balanced posture.
