Girl Scout Badge Night: Comic Artist

Calling all Girl Scout Cadettes! Join Fairytale Town for an evening of fun and earn your Comic Artist badge. This two-and-a-half-hour workshop will fulfill all badge requirements and include a snack break.

Newspaper cartoons, comic books, graphic novels . . . comic art is a broad, exciting, and growing field. Comics are sometimes described as “sequential art,” though some are only one panel. So, what is a comic, exactly?  It’s a visual story told however you would like to tell it. Go for it!

Girls will receive a certificate and their badge at the conclusion of the event.

Please note: Adults must be accompanied by children and children must be accompanied by adults in order to gain admittance to Fairytale Town.
