Halloween Extravaganza and Costume Parade

Are you looking for a free, fun, and safe place to celebrate Halloween this year? North Highlands Recreation and Park District has you covered with goolish candy and games, bounce houses, and pumpkins for the first 75 children to decorate and take home. The costume parade will be led by the Grand Marshal, Dracula!
