Hawks Provision and Public House Thanksgiving To Go

Will your Thanksgiving celebration look a bit different this year? Many of us will be staying local this year and feasting in smaller groups. While Hawk’s will continue to offer our traditional brined turkeys, ready to roast, they are also starting a new tradition this year.

Hawks is excited to offer brined Mary’s chickens, trussed and loaded with truffle butter, ready to roast at home. Add in traditional Thanksgiving sides and fill your home with the nostalgic smell we all love. If you’d like to mix it up, Hawks is also offering its Slow Roasted Short Ribs, a signature of Hawks in Granite Bay.
