About Our Speakers:

Clarissa Rodriguez, Harper Meyer 

Clarissa Rodriguez is a partner at Harper Meyer LLP focusing on commercial litigationand art law disputes. Prior to joining Harper Meyer, Clarissa was a founder of a fully women-owned litigation boutique in Miami, Florida. In a past life, Clarissa wanted to be an archeologist, but she does not enjoy the great outdoors and that career was set aside. Today Clarissa’s work is a unique and dynamic cross disciplinary practice between disputes and the arts.

She is Board Certified in International Law, a past Chair of The Florida Bar International Law Section, a current chair on various committees and organizations and, serves on the Board of the Fine Arts for the Village of Miami Shores.

Alexandra Bloedorn, California Lawyers for the Arts

Alexandra is the Program Coordinator for Arts Arbitration and Mediation Services in the Los Angeles office of California Lawyers for the Arts. She embarked on a career in mediation after completing an LLM in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute and graduated with First Class Honors in English Law from University College London in 2021. Alongside her legal studies, Alexandra has fostered a keen interest in the intersections of dispute resolution, the arts, and equitable justice through her work with various NGOs and aid groups. She has worked as a personal development coach with female-identifying refugees and migrants in Germany, as a volunteer legal advocate for at-risk youth in London, and as a legal research assistant for domestic and international NGOs in the areas of legal aid and international law.
