This intense and spectacular rock opera tells the true story of Kevin McDonald, Superstar, in a harrowing account of love gone very horribly and predictably wrong. Starring Kevin McDonald (as himself, and Lorne Michaels), best known for his sketch comedy troupe, Kids in the Hall. The performance features Comedy Spot performers in all other roles and music. Kevin’s original rock opera will be performed “readers theatre style”, meaning that the performers will have scripts and music on stands in front of them. Like a radio play. But in person. Where you watch the radio performers. But they don’t move around the stage.
