Launch Into Summer

Come to Powerhouse over the long weekend as we celebrate the launch into summer break with two fun activities!

Straw Rockets: Design your own straw rocket with fins and a nose cone and then see how far you can make it fly by launching it at different targets.

Giant Slingshots: Join a Powerhouse Educator outside for a giant slingshot demonstration where you will learn more about the different types of energy and forces.
