Memorial Day Weekend Virtual Campout (Online)

On May 22-24, join Cosumnes CSD for the Memorial Day Weekend Virtual Camp Out.

How to participate:
1. Join the Facebook event and use the hashtag #RecreateWhileAway
2. Create a camp out at home! Cosumnes CSD wants families to build a fort in your living room or get your camping gear out of storage and build a base camp in your backyard. Play games, sing campfire songs, tell spooky stories around your lanterns or flashlights, and make s’mores and sleep under the stars.
3. Cosumnes CSD will share fun ideas, camp songs, crafts and activities, recipes, and more.
4. Share your camp out pictures, ideas, campfire songs, snacks/recipes, etc. on this event page.
5. Invite your family, friends, coworkers to join in on the fun with a digital campfire over a video call (Zoom), so you can share the camping experience.
