Meowga: Cats and Yoga

Kittens, Cats, and Yoga oh my! Join the team of dedicated and cat-loving meowgis for this special fundraiser benefiting two local nonprofits: The Yoga Seed Collective and Happy Tails Pet Sanctuary!

Shanti will lead a 60-minute beginner-friendly vinyasa class followed by an hour of play, mix, and mingle with fellow feline friends from Happy Tails! The cats will roam freely during class to liven up participants vinyasa practice. During the play hour afterwards, participants will also learn about the amazing work Happy Tails does as Sacramento’s only no-kill animal shelter.
