Two photo walks will be hosted by Nevada County Camera Club for the public in April to celebrate Photography Month. Two photo walks will be hosted by Nevada County Camera Club for the public in April to celebrate Photography Month. These walks are designed for beginning and intermediate photographers to learn and practice news skills as well as to meet others interested in photography. One walk will be held on Saturday night in downtown Nevada City and the other at Empire Mine State Park in Grass Valley on Saturday morning.
Each walk will last an hour and a half. People should bring their favorite camera including cell phones. Tripods and flashlights are recommended for the night shoot. For the day, water and hats may be helpful.

Cancelled Due to Rain – April 13 – 7:00 pm – Nevada City Night Walk – Meet at Robinson Plaza (intersection of Coyote St and Commercial St) for a stroll through Nevada City to photograph the nightlife, lights and historic buildings.
Rescheduled – Friday Evening – April 19 – 7:00 pm – Nevada City Night Walk – Meet at Robinson Plaza (intersection of Coyote St and Commercial St) for a stroll through Nevada City to photograph the nightlife, lights and historic buildings.
