Norcal Noisefest 2023 is the 27th annual Northern California Experimental Music Festival, a national gathering of noise musicians that takes place every year in Sacramento, California. This year's Noisefest is scheduled for October 6 and 7, with live performances on Friday October 6 and Saturday October 7 at Cafe Colonial/The Colony, and a third, all video day on Sunday October 8.
