Paws for Peace

In celebration of Sleep for Peace, HI Sacramento and Front Street Animal Shelter invite you and your loved ones to Paws for Peace! Sleep For Peace is HI USA’s annual celebration of bringing people together to create a more peaceful world.

Come enjoy a community barbecue with food, drinks, music, games and adoptable dogs! Representatives from the Front Street Animal Shelter (both human and four-legged) will be available with information on adopting pets into your family. You’ll also have a chance to check out your very own local hostel, situated in a historic Victorian mansion. Nothing creates peace like good food, good people, and happy dogs!
