Santa Teresa Old Fashioned Crafting Experience

Make this Valentine’s Day memorable with a private, interactive Old Fashioned cocktail crafting experience. Taught by Northern California’s Santa Teresa ambassador, Sean McAllister.

To commemorate the Hacienda’s bicentennial in 1996, Alberto Vollmer Herrera, member of the fourth generation of the family, challenged the company to develop a rum that could leverage all its mastery learned in the first 200 years.

The Hacienda Santa Teresa is where it all happens. From harvesting the sugarcane to bottling, the process of rum making takes place in the Aragua Valley with the perfect environmental conditions for aging rum.

Menu:
-Welcome Cocktail: Old Cuban
-Introduction: Shrimp Scampi with cherry tomato bruschetta topped with micro greens. Paired with Old Fashioned crafting experience
-Main Event: Salmon or NY Strip topped with a shallot red wine sauce served with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus, drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Paired with a 1796 Berry Cobbler cocktail
-Encore: Raspberry white chocolate crème brûlée cheesecake. Paired with a La Muchacha cocktail
