Shelley Burns Quartet

Sammy Cahn was an American lyricist nominated for more than thirty Oscars and won four times. Recorded by virtually every major singer, many of his songs are established jazz standards. In 1972, he was inducted to the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame and in 1983, received the highest accolade, the Johnny Mercer Award, making him one of the most successful and respected lyricists of the 20th Century.
