St. Patrick's Day Charcuterie Class by Grazing Gouda

Join Track 7 Brewing Company and Marina from Grazing Gouda for a St. Patrick’s Day-themed Charcuterie workshop! Since this class in on actual St Patrick’s Day each ticket comes with one drink of your choice and the board will be inspired by St Patty’s Day!

Marina will teach you everything you need to know on how to arrange a beautiful charcuterie board. You will learn build-a-bite pairing suggestions, as well as guidance and tips on cheese selection and cutting techniques and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including creating beautiful salami roses and fruit carving. You will be guided step by step as you create your own 10” cheese plate that serves two to three people.

Note: When choosing your tickets, you will be able to select either a Single or Pair. Single tickets include one seat, one drink, one board and all of the ingredients to make one board. Pair tickets include two seats, two drinks, one board and all of the ingredients to make one board.
