Sunday Kirtan Gathering (Postponed)

NOTE: In order to support the efforts of the community in preventing the spread of Coronavirus, Lotus Garden Meditation Center has postponed all classes.

Lotus Garden Meditation Center in Carmichael hosts a free musical gathering with dancing and singing of sacred sounds known as mantras. Vegetarian meal is served with ample seating for all attendees.

Singing of sacred sound vibrations invoke a sense of inner tranquility and  relaxation. It calms the mind, alleviates stress, anxiety and rejuvenates the entire being. “Rock your soul” to an evening of pleasant, soothing ethereal musical sounds and feel the vibe.
