Team Libertad Summer Fundraiser

Team Libertad is having a Summer Fundraiser! The team members will be hosting mini, beginner dance lessons for styles such as Hula, Contemporary, Line Dance, and Bachata. All ages and genders are welcome! Come support, donate, or share the event to help members raise money for their summer festival expenses.

In between lessons the team will be hosting a live raffle for various prizes. Some prizes include a Gfranco gift card and a private dance lesson with Morgan ‘Mo’ Hernandez. You do not have to be present to participate in the raffle! Winners will be drawn on Instagram Live so don’t forget to follow @teamlibertad_sac.

Team Libertad is an all genders follows’ shines Latin Dance team based in Sacramento, CA that is directed and choreographed by Morgan ‘Mo’ Hernandez. They are a Bachata/Heels Fusion team, which means team members learn technique, choreography, and stage presence in the dance styles of both Bachata and Heels. For many, dance means a chance to feel freedom and this team is rooted in embracing and exploring that value as individuals and a whole. Team Libertad focuses on building conscious dancers who actively give back to their community. The members are proud undergrad and master’s students, state workers, mothers and caregivers, counselors, and active community members!

All proceeds will go towards costs associated with performing at Latin Dance Congresses within and outside of California (festival passes, travel, hotel rooms, etc). Your contributions – no matter the amount – means the world to Team Libertad members. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
