The Kids Menu (Sacramento Food Film Festival)

The Sacramento Food Film Festival celebrates food and drink paired with films about our food system. At the final film of 2019, the Food Literacy Center spotlights a documentary about the growing problem of childhood obesity – The Kids Menu. Filmmaker Joe Cross meets with experts, parents, teachers and kids, coming to the realization that childhood obesity isn’t the real issue, but rather a symptom of a bigger problem.
