Chanteuses’ program The World for Christmas invites the warmth of the season to come down, celebrates the universal call to peace, hope, love, and joy, and encourages each of us to contribute to making a difference in the world.

You will experience a rich spectrum of musical styles and genres from Micheal John Trotta’s modern setting of the familiar 9th century text in Veni, Veni Emmanuel, a 12th century text by Hildegard von Bingen in Ave Generosa by Ola Gjeilo, to familiar holiday favorites such as the Leontovich/Wilhousky Carol of the Bells, and James McKelvy’s fun twist on Deck the Halls in 7/8!
