Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Info regarding how this event is being affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.:

On June 17, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board (Standards Board) voted to update the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS), 8 CCR §§ 3205-3205.4. Executive Order N-09-21 permitted the revised ETS to take effect the same day. We are so fortunate to work and do business outdoors in the shade of Valley Oak trees. While FACEMASKS are not required feel free to wear a mask if you choose. We are following the guidelines of the CalOSHA which does not require masks and we are okay if our employees and customers choose to wear face coverings, regardless of their vaccination status, without fear of retaliation by our establishment. While walk-up reservations are possible we still limit our introduction to 15 people every 30 minutes and have the right to make adjustments based on conditions at time of reservation. We recommend making a reservation ahead of time to ensure you can climb at the time the is convenient for you. Please arrive 15minutes before the scheduled climbing session. We still request that guests wash hands thoroughly or use hand sanitizer prior to climbing to prevent the spread of illnesses. While gloves are no longer required we have always strongly recommend the use of soft leather or durable breathable rubber lined gloves to limit chafing and abrasions from friction and direct contact with the naturally rough surfaces of the trees and the required safety system. You can bring your own GLOVES (full-fingered gardening, biking or work gloves) or if you forget yours we offer them for sale onsite. -Our park is a great place to celebrate and come together, we still recommend limiting dense congregations and when in groups be aware and respectful of your surroundings and proximity of others. -CalOSHA still recommends remaining 6 feet apart from others when ever possible to avoid the spread of illness so our staff will keep an appropriate distance...
