Valentine’s GroovaRoo™ Prenatal and Babywearing Dance Class (Canceled)

Looking for a healthy and memorable way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with the love(s) of your life? Join Grow Resilient Families for this outdoor, socially distanced GroovaRoo Prenatal*, Babywearing, and Family dance class! You’ll learn a fun, love-filled, low-impact dance routine/choreography in this hour-long class. As always, you are welcome to dress up in all the hearts, or simply come as you are. If the weather is unfavorable, we will move indoors just across the street at the large social hall at Congregation B’nai Israel.

They will also do an optional inspiring note/valentine exchange (nothing edible please). They will supply the brown paper bags with your names on them, and everyone will be asked to consider bringing approx. 20 photocopies of an inspiring quote or affirmation to drop into each person’s bag. It will be extra special to rally support around one another in this way.

Pregnant/expecting families are encouraged to join! The dance moves are safe and suitable for prenatal exercise, and bonding through dance can begin in utero. Plus, it’s never too early to start building community with other families.

Dancers must be able to wear baby facing IN utilizing one of the GroovaRoo™ approved carriers:
-Soft-structure (e.g. Tula or Ergo)
-Stretchy (e.g. Moby)
-Meh Dai
