Virtual Dumpling Class Fundraiser

Join Lisa Lin as she walks you through creating savory pork and cabbage potstickers. Learn to master the balance of filling flavors and how to make dough from scratch. Pork can be substituted with ground chicken or turkey, if needed.

This class is a fundraiser for Food Literacy Center. Food Literacy Center is a Sacramento, California based nonprofit that inspires kids to eat their vegetables. They teach elementary children in low-income schools hands-on cooking and nutrition to protect their health. They know their students are at the highest risk for diet-related disease and are food and nutrition insecure. Support their mission and help give kids access to food literacy and fresh veggies!
