The Greater Sacramento Urban League is pleased to offer Yoga classes to the community. This class is relaxing and will make you feel energized. Be sure to arrive early! All are welcome.

Note: Free COVID-19 test kits, masks, hand sanitizer, and vaccination information and resources will available to those that attend. Water and healthy snacks will also be provided.
