The special event will be held in the University Union Ballroom. The night will feature a 90-minute session of free yoga and relaxation. This event is co-sponsored by Sacramento State’s The WELL.
The first half hour will be an introduction of yoga for beginners. Immediately following will be yoga appropriate for all fitness levels. The event will help develop inner and outer strength, increase stamina and flexibility, and help you get centered through a blend of different yoga traditions.View more
