Ecstatic Dance Sacramento
Ecstatic Dance Sacramento is a free-form, all-ages, community gathering that provides a safe and supportive space for all to explore the joyful healing power of dance to a wide variety of great music.
DJs play music from many musical styles with the goal to inspire exploration, improvisation, discovery, and connection with community. Dancers can move as they wish — there is no right or wrong way. All we ask is that you respect the choices of others and come free of drugs, alcohol, and fragrances, and leave your street-shoes and conversation at the door.
