Raised in Northern California, Dr. Eugene was drawn to art by wanting to capture maximum time with memorable people in remarkable settings. Eugene focuses on capturing landscapes with an attention to shadow & highlight detail. The goal: translate the moment in nature to intimate human emotion. Based out of Sacramento gives him the fortune to have a ready urban environment that is dynamic and capture the raw emotion of the street and also access to majestic outdoor vistas.

Eugene has been recognized across the United States for his award-winning photographs. He has earned 1st place and multiple podium positions for his ability to express the emotions of others through photographic art. Since 2020 he has been shown over 22 times, earning 10 awards.
